Love is one of the nicest feelings in this world. But as they say every good thing has a negative aspect related to it. Same is the case with jealousy. “Jealousy” does not have any specific definition but in terms of love jealousy may be defined as the emotion where the person wants some thing that others have. A jealous person tends to break down easily so it is also one of the most destructive emotions known to mankind.

But dealing with this emotion is not very difficult. You just have to follow the following steps to deal with the jealousy. They are as follows:

  • Discard the feeling of insecurity which has hampered your mind and think calmly and analyze that the person who is the object of your jealousy does not have things which you possess.
  • Develop self confidence and do not underestimate your self and your abilities. Just try and understand your self rather than blindly copying some one else.
  • Communicate with the person whom you are jealous about. As they say communication breaks all barriers, similarly try and make them understand as to what are the factors which they have and you don’t have. This will make you relaxed and you will feel better.
